You may book our service online through our Contact form or by emailing us at info@taxigojo.com, We are constantly checking all e-mails for short notice requests & within less than an hour time after your request, you will get our response.
No, we do not need your credit card information to make a reservation. Simply, an email confirmation from your side is enough for us to make the reservation. You can book without any advance payment, hence there are no cancellation fees.
After you have completed your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with all the details.
Payment can be made in JOD or US Dollar or Euro cash during or at the end of the transfer. There is no prepayment required for reservation. The price is fixed and guaranteed.
No, there are no extra charges and no hidden charges.
Prices are per vehicle.
You should simply inform us of the new date and time, by sending an email. We’ll take it from there, and we will change your booking to the new time.
Airport
Right after you make a reservation with us, we will send you detailed email about the airport pick up our driver will meet you directly at the airport, and they’ll be holding a nameplate to help you find the right person! The driver will be ready to help you from there with your baggage.
Transfers from your accommodation
The driver will wait for you at the reception or outside the building.
We follow airport schedules closely and are always ready to meet a flight when it lands even if it’s delayed. Your driver will be waiting at the airport for you after your flight lands, and there’s no additional payment expected for a delay.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we’ll contact you with the phone number for your driver. You shouldn’t need it – but you’ll have it there, just in case you need to contact them for any reason.
To make a booking, just get in touch with us and register your booking query – you can contact us over the phone, by email, using our online contact form. After that, we’ll be able to discuss your needs and confirm an itinerary and the cost of your service. Shortly after agreeing on your itinerary, you’ll get an email from us once again confirming all the details – as well as providing you with a contact number for your driver. And that’s all there is to it!
